Features and Options:

Flat Panel LCD - Our latest IBM PC-controlled systems provide automatic data-logging and historical data-tracking.  This lets you review every step the machine made in any previous run of parts.  Visual display screens show all machine functions, timers, alarms and digital presets, so you can watch the machine's progress through the pour.  The PLC can access hundreds of pour recipes and in optional PC spreadsheets, you can access literally thousands of pour recipes.

Batch Process Tanks - 2, 5, 10, 15, 30, 60 and 75-Gallon, provide precise heat and temperature control to 285oF, air or electric motor-driven agitation and vacuum to 300 microns (0.3mmHg).

Continuous Thin-Film Resin Deaerators (Slinger-type) - with an internal slinger disc and a submerged or external feed-pump mounted at the base of the tank, these vessels feed a constant supply of precisely heated, air-bubble-free material at process temperature   on-the-fly   to the precision metering pumps on the meter-mix machine. Outputs from one to 40 pounds per minute are standard.  Heated lines for overpressure from the feed pump and recirculated material  back to the continuous degasser from the mixer  are also offered.

Solid Curative Melters - eliminate heat-history degradation and discoloration of the melted curative.  Make it easier to color-match your finished parts.  Melt large amounts of "hot-melt" curatives on-demand, so that you melt only what you need for each run.

Vacuum Chambers (Standard and Custom) - high-voltage electrical/electronic assemblies and RTM parts can be placed inside vacuum chambers for high-vacuum potting, encapsulating and RTM resin injection at vacuum levels reaching down to less than 0.3 mmHg.  Lower-volume applications can be handled with our front-opening manual systems and automatic turntable systems.  High-volume requirements can be met with fully automatic elevator base systems and servomotor-controlled X-Y-Z axis (single pour-tube inside the chamber) positioning systems.

Quick-Change Color Metering Systems -  let you switch colors frequently with minimum purge. One servomotor drive can be manually switched between multiple color metering pumps.  Each color can be preset at the operator-interface to dispense on-ratio.
